Cancellation Policy for Customers

Whenever a customer places an order, if they wish to cancel, they must contact the driver or customer care within two minutes using the number provided in your app. Only then can the order be cancelled immediately. Currently, there is no button available for customers to cancel the order themselves.

If the customer agrees to our Terms & Conditions and uses our application, they must call to cancel an order. If they fail to do so, the customer will be responsible for paying for the order.
